Full hip replacement Mr Kalairajah & all the staff at the Spire, Harpenden were great & so helpful. From my first consultation to my 6 week check, Mr Kalairajah explained every step (excuse the pun) so clearly & positively, I knew I was in safe hands. Should I require my other hip replaced in the future, Mr Kalairajah will be the first person I call. Thank you again, I can now get on with my life pain free

I was first seen by Dr Kalairajah to talk about having a hip replacement, I found him to be very approachable and I was able to talk it through with him as to what needed to be done. The operation was a success and I am more than happy with it, it has given me my life back. The whole experience with this Doctor has been so easy, I have felt comfortable with him and actually able to laugh with him, I went into the operation feeling quite calm and not worried. I would recommend him to anyone.

I found the experience at The Spire in Harpenden to be a very positive one considering the fact that I was there for an operation which can never be classed as fun. Mr Kalairajah was very easy to talk to, very informative as to what was going to happen and put me at ease at a very stressful time. I found his calm manner and pleasant demeanour very reassuring.He is ably supported by a very efficient team.

Doctor was very polite and explained the knee replacement in detail and the pain I would have after the op. Having had a knee replacement six years earlier I did have some idea. Dr Kalairajah was more helpful than my previous doctor and the operation was better..
